I understand that it is my responsibility to consult my physician prior to participating in a yoga class.

I recognize that my physical and mental health are adequate to participate in a yoga class.

I understand my limitations and am sufficiently self-aware to stop or modify my participation before I become injured or aggravate a pre-existing injury.

I confirm I am not sick or experiencing any of the following symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, shortness of breath, dry cough, runny nose, sore throat, loss of taste or smell). I verify that in the last 14 days I have not knowingly been exposed to people with COVID-19.

I understand that yoga consists of a series of postures that bend, stretch and compress parts of the body. This practice stimulates glands, circulation, respiration, and the nervous system. I understand the risks and hold the instructors at Infinite Love Yoga LLC harmless from any and all responsibility for any injury which I may sustain during or as a result of a yoga class.

I understand that bthis Liability Waiver covers classes held in the physical location of the studio as well as those offered on-line, or in alternative locations, by the instructors.

I acknowledge that I have read the above Student Release and Liability Waiver and fully understand its content. I am legally competent to sign and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
