All the students and anyone who attends has such beautiful spirits to them. All of Nancy Bowden's workshops and events are life changing. Nancy is a extremely talented loving compasionate person whose passion for sound healing is an experience that is out of this world. I travel from Pittsburgh just to attend these sessions because they are just that special! I absolutely LOVE coming to this space - just walking through the door I feel a sense of calm. After a full day at work - slow, mindful yoga in the evening is the perfect thing for me. I highly recommend you come for one of the classes. You will not be disappointed. Parking is easy in the back lot and I love how Amy greets us at the door. Come as you are - it's super chill. I guarantee you will feel welcome and rejuvenated!
